Like many, my relationship with fitness and food has been a JOURNEY. Growing up movement was natural and joyful but somewhere along the way that started to change.
Flash forward to 2020, I found myself at a cross roads-working a 9-5, directionless and sedentary. For the first time I was living out of home and I was NOT engaging in behaviours that served me and my health. I felt deeply disconnected from both my body and my spark.
I had to make a decision: to stop living the life I thought I ‘should have’ and start creating the life I always wanted.
What started as a simple gym membership evolved into a complete overhaul of my mind and body. Starting out I would do random workouts and would aim to leave the gym exhausted and sweat as that was a great workout right??
The weight section intimidated the hell out of me-I’d stick to machines, cardio equipment and maybe a light set of dumbbells.
everything started to change when I decided to take up space and started to lift heavy. My body began to adapt and my understanding of my capabilities expanded.
TODAY: I continue to evolve and refine my own fitness journey, constantly learning new techniques and strategies to better inform myself and my client. Because transformation isn’t a destination- it’s an ongoing fight for growth and discovery.

Month 1: Meeting You Where You Are We start with honest assessment – no judgment, just clarity on where you're at and where you want to go. We'll establish proper movement patterns and build a routine that actually fits your life.
Months 2-3: Building Momentum Progressive training that challenges you appropriately, nutrition guidance that supports your goals (not restricts your life), and consistent support to build unshakeable habits.
Month 4+: Sustainable Growth You'll have the knowledge and confidence to continue progressing independently, with ongoing support as you need it.
What This Looks Like:

Investment: $89 per week (with a 2-month commitment to give the process time to work)
