Like many, my relationship with fitness has been a journey of transformation. Growing up, movement was natural and joyful, but somewhere along the way, that connection faded. During the COVID years of 2020-2022, I found myself at a crossroads – working a 9-5 that paid the bills but didn't ignite any passion, I had left school with no clear direction, was engaging in behaviours that didn’t support my health whilst living out of home for the first time, I felt deeply disconnected from both my body and my spark. In this period of feeling stuck, I made a pivotal decision: to stop living the life I thought I 'should have' and start creating the life I actually wanted.
What started as a simple gym membership evolved into a complete transformation of body and mind. Each new step – working with my first coach, discovering the power of nutrition, falling in love with strength training – revealed what I was truly capable of. Today, I continue to evolve and refine my own fitness journey, constantly learning new techniques and strategies to better serve both myself and my clients. Because transformation isn't a destination – it's an ongoing journey of growth and discovery. As I always say, 'the goal post is always moving.'
